Reviews and Ratings
I had the chance to stay at this hotel for 3 different check-ins during my travels with Intrepid Tour and Topdeck Tour. The hotel's top feature was the amazing view of the Galata Tower, and the staff, especially Mr Medeni, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were a little better in the second stay, being larger but still a bit dated. However, the bathroom was tiny, making it claustrophobic and impractical.
The hotel has a basic and dated room setup but remains clean and serviceable. The service is friendly and cooperative, offering convenient amenities. The location is excellent, close to major landmarks and with beautiful views. The dining experience is decent, with a good variety of options. Overall, a budget-friendly choice with some room for improvement.
I had to check in three times due to my tour schedule, and the rooms were small, dirty, and lacking basic amenities like tea-making facilities. The hotel did not meet my expectations in terms of cleanliness and maintenance.
